I’ve been following AI engines since the beginning and I’ve been an avid tester. As someone who loves creating things, I couldn’t resist trying out the image-generating capabilities of AI.
The image to the left was created using the Grok engine, and it looks amazingly lifelike. I asked the engine to “create a photo realistic image of 2 ninjas squaring off ready for battle,” and this is what we got 30 seconds later.
Notice the shallow depth of field, indicating a low f-stop number, extremely sharp focus on the 2 subjects, and the higher than average ISO settings. This image looks like something I would have taken with my Nikon and a 50mm f1.8 lens.
